• A short movement of only 0,3 - 0,5 seconds with a pressure of 1,0 t seals the film / foil leak proof against the tray.
• The sealing procedure includes also the cutting of the film / foil with a special blade.
• Sealing intensity is influenced by temperarture, pressure and time.
• Each sealing machine provides a temperature control unit which is continiously adjustable.
• The opening mechanism of the machines is spring loaded with an adjustable and removable spring.
Advantage of the Compact model II:
• The film is situated under the press so less surface area is taken up.
•Compact model II offers you more felxibility. For the first time, two rolls have been integrated into one sealing press.
